Hibaazi Terms & Conditions — Full rules for using our platform

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Hibaazi platform and all associated services. By creating an account or using any service on Hibaazi, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

Hibaazi is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. Our goal is to create a safe, transparent, and enjoyable environment.

In these terms and conditions, "we", "us", or "Hibaazi" refers to the entity operating the Hibaazi platform. "You" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered user of the platform.

To create an account on Hibaazi, the following conditions must be met:

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• One Account Policy: Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found active under the same person, all associated accounts may be closed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone.
• KYC Verification: Hibaazi may request a national ID or other supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

The following rules apply to all betting activity conducted on Hibaazi:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Hibaazi reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Hibaazi reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Hibaazi is not responsible for internet delays or connectivity issues during live betting.

Hibaazi reserves the right to suspend payments pending investigation and, where necessary, close accounts if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Deposits and withdrawals on Hibaazi can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies to each transaction and is subject to change from time to time.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–24 hours under normal circumstances.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Hibaazi reserves the right to temporarily hold payments for investigation if any unusual or suspicious transactions are detected. Complying with anti-money laundering regulations is a legal obligation for Hibaazi.

Hibaazi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered at a specified multiplier before withdrawal. This is typically between 10x and 30x.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically voided once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: If a member is found to be abusing the bonus system, their bonus may be forfeited and their account may be suspended.
• One Bonus, One Time: Each type of bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise specified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hibaazi:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity, fabricated information, or another person's identity.
• Using betting systems or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the security of the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other members.

Hibaazi may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• If you wish to close your account at your own request.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be refunded, but bonus balance will be forfeited.

Hibaazi treats the security of your personal information as its highest priority. Data we collect is used solely for service improvement, identity verification, and legal compliance.

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties. However, certain information may be shared when required by legal obligation, security verification, or fraud prevention.

• Age Verification: Strict age verification measures are in place to prevent access by minors.

If you have an issue or complaint, please contact Hibaazi's support team first. In most cases, we aim to provide a resolution within 48 hours.

• A formal resolution will be provided within 30 days of the complaint submission date.
• In the event of a financial dispute, a full review of the transaction records will be conducted.
• If no resolution is reached between the two parties, a third-party mediator may be sought.

Hibaazi reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time as needed.

For significant changes, members will be notified in advance at their registered email address and a notice will be displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
